The large cap R is pretty unique. This marker was so beautifully designed! I’m trying to find something similar. Thanks in advance.

Hello, unfortunately identifying the lettering on bronze markers is notoriously difficult. During the first part of the 20th century each foundry created their own alphabets, so you will not find digital fonts available for matching most of the various Classic or Condensed Roman lettering styles. Many of the smaller foundries have either closed down or been sold to other larger foundries, and over time many of the alphabets have been lost or no longer used.

I’m unaware of anything terribly similar to this style, but I’m sure if you do some searching you might find some funky romanesque style fonts with a similar ‘R’ out there. Happy hunting!
