It’s been awhile, but I’m back! Anyone know this font?

I redrew it in Illustrator from a not so great tracing, and it’s actually an outlined font, but hopefully someone can identify this for me. Thank you!
Unfortunately this is not something I’ve ever seen before and is likely custom Old English lettering.
I did a little more research and found out who made the original stone and reached out to a person there. She did some digging and found out it was a custom font created from a combination of Zapf Chancery and Old English which they then hand cut. But unfortunately, that does me no good. So…I’ll have to draw everything in Illustrator using the letters and numbers currently on the stone and improvise the rest.
