It appears to be very similar to some of your Skotchkut Roman fonts, but none seem to be exact. Any thoughts?
This looks like a custom version of Outlined Roman based on one of the Gerber Omega Modified Roman fonts (the style of the number 2 is the giveaway), with an outline/stroke added for extra thickness before adding the actual second outline.
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen this specific version before, but it is likely a custom creation made by a retailer or perhaps a quarry/manufacturer.
