Any chance that you all might know this font.

Here is what I know. A retired engraver gave this to me because I have a current customer who wants to match this on the other half of a stone. He remembers that back then the customer showed up with a computer sheet of paper of the following in the picture. He then used his scanner to enlarge the image until it was the size he wanted. This way he could hand-cut the stencil for engraving.
The problem is that the members who originally knew where this font originally came from are no longer here. I have tried the findafont in Gerber and got similar fonts but not this one. It is just bothering me that we know it was printed and not hand-drawn.

I appreciate all your help. At the end of the day, the customer is ok with a similar font. However, I always like to exhaust my options first.

Hello, sorry for the delay. This is an old Typeface named American Greeting Script. The only digital version of it that I am aware of was released under the name Alto Greeting Script. The numbers appear to be from a different font named Mahogany Script or Monterey, but given a manual slant to match the lettering.

If you would like help matching it, feel free to use the Inscription Matching Service.
