Font ID. This font has evaded me for a long time. Any help would be Appreciated

Hi Carl, this is a custom Cold Spring Granite font name Monument Times New Roman. It is based on Times but with some changes, including the letter ‘J’, and entirely different numbers.

Unfortunately, they do not sell or generally distribute the font. The will do layouts for you for a fee.
