I’ve found a few fonts that are close but I can’t find a match.

Hello, I believe this is one of the old Incimar CNC machine alphabets. It looks to be the Latino 221D1 alphabet with the narrower alternates for used for D, G, O, etc. You can see an image of the alphabet, here: https://www.incimar.com/en/alfabeti/
