Hard to tell exactly from that distance but it looks like Monu-cads Press Modified Roman. Need more of a close up on the numbers to be more certain.
Agreed, it does look like a Monu-Cad version of Modified Roman because of the somewhat narrow 2, which is a feature typical of their versions of Modified Roman—but a close-up would be helpful in identifying the font with more certainty.
