Good morning, this is a version of Modified Roman with most of the serifs removed, typically referred to as a semi-sans font.

This was originally done by hand by a stencil cutter when it was popularized between the 1950s-1970s, but it is not common now. However, there are some digital versions of the font available that may match closely to what you have in your photo, including one in the Monu-Cad software, and there is one available in the MLC Font Shop, here: https://www.monumentletteringcenter.com/product/mlc-modified-roman-semi-sans/
