Unfortunately, I do not know the name of this font, but I have matched it on occasion, and I can tell you that it is a custom monument industry font, likely created by a manufacturer—possibly Rock of Ages. It also usually contains a different version of the 9 with no serif, though I have seen this version once before as well.
