Hello, this is a Cochran’s software font called Roman Modified Script. It is based on lettering from an old 1923 Vermont Marble Company booklet named Lettering in Marble.
There are currently no TTF versions available. If you would like help matching it, feel free to use the Inscription Matching Service.
