Hello Lionel, sorry for the delay. This is a version of Modified Roman Raised. Unfortunately, I am not sure of the exact version. In the image it appears that there is a gap in the 9 where it would normally connect back in on itself and I am not aware of any versions of the font, either digital or any old plastic alphabets that have this feature.
The closest font I am aware of is this one, available here in the shop, but it will likely take some modifications to match what you have there exactly: https://www.monumentletteringcenter.com/product/mlc-cutrite-modified-roman-raised/
