Hello, this is a pretty interesting one. This is Helvetica Condensed, but with serifs added by the stencil cutter. It was the shape of those numbers that gave it away, and then I noticed the shape of the unmistakeable Helvetica ‘R’ as well. I’ve definitely never seen anyone do this before. Looks like they slightly modified the top of the 1 as well.
