Good morning, this is custom lettering, likely based on the old Spacerite Modified Roman alphabet, but with a bit of flair added to create a “Western” or “Tuscan” feel. It was a fairly common practice during the mid-1900s, and I run into it from time to time, though the style of letters always vary a bit.
