Any ideas on this?

Hello, this is something I’ve never seen before, but it looks like it is a modified version of Common Gothic. I’ve seen Star Granite do some similar adjustments to the Helvetica font, lowering the crossbar on the ‘A’, as well as the counter of the ‘P’ and ‘R’ — so I would guess that this is a custom font from Star Granite.
The rest of the characters look the same as those in Common Gothic.
