This is a lettering style typically named Round Serif originally published in an old book on lettering in 1956, and brought into the memorial industry by AICA members. For many years it was drawn by hand, but there are now several digital versions of it, including in Cochran’s software and Monu-Cad. The Monu-Cad version is named K&O Sandblast 1. This appears to be closer to the Cochran’s version.
