Hi Chad, this is a lettering style known as Free Form Roman. There are several versions available, but I believe this specific version may be a custom AICA association font, or is possibly the version that was available in the now abandoned Craftech memorial design software. Most versions contain “non-lining” numbers, which often extend above or below the baseline and cap-height.
