To me it looks like universe 57 Gerber omega but they might of had plotting issues or used the crappy stencil that stretched overnight.

Monu-cad modified roman variant looks to be outlined .01 coupled with a heavy flash job (frost). Not sure of the exact name but interested in finding out.
