If you are okay with hand drawing to match, I think you could come up with the final date with what you have on hand? (old school is sometimes the only way around some of these) Mary Ruth was condensed, so I don’t think it is a set font?

this is my first post, so wanted to add that this is taken from a cemetery in Illinois.

Given the birth year, not sure if this is a custom font from that era?
