Looks like it’s close to Garamond or times new Roman. Any ideas? Tia.

The name appears to be a version of Times New Roman and the dates in Times New Roman Bold. However, there seem to be some slight variations pointing to the possibility that this may be a proprietary version created for a specific design software.
