Unfortunately, this font is not immediately identifiable. A closer photo would be helpful, as the quality of the image makes it difficult to see smaller details that may help.

Thank you for the photo. It’s clear that this was hand-drawn and hand-cut, though it does look like it was based on a font. Unfortunately, I am unaware of a font that shares all of the features of this lettering.
