Font help please.

So I thought this was Monucad’s outline Roman but the “M” doesn’t match and the “O” is to wide. Any ideas of what this could be. Thanks for any help you can offer. 
Hi Jill, the dates appear to be the SKS Double Outline, but the names appear to be a Modified Roman which has been outlined and modified with lower crossbars on the ‘A’ to match more closely to the dates. There is also no version of the SKS Double Outline that has straight vertical bars on the ‘M’, nor do they have an angled serif on the base of ‘E’ or an ‘O’ with the shape as on the rubbing. I’ve also not seen anything available in any memorial design software that is similar to the font used on the names.
