Good evening, this is a font based on either English 111 Vivace, or Shelley Script Allegro. These are two print industry fonts that have the same basic letter shapes. However, what you have there is a bit bolder, so it has either been modified by the engraver, or is another version of one of the two fonts, perhaps in some monument design or sign making software.
