This is a Monument Roman Sans-Serif font, which would have been based on the metal Spacerite Modified Roman letters and then hand-cut, with the stencil cutter removing the serifs.
I have created a digital version to match it, but there are always some differences due to the hand-cutting element, so it may need to be modified further still to match exactly.
