Sorry for the delay Richard, this appears to be a version of Bold Modified Roman, but unfortunately I’m not sure which version. It is potentially a digital version of the SKS Raised Modified Roman, but the ‘A’ does not appear as wide as it should be, and the lower parts of the 3 and 9 appear too thin as well.
