Hello, I believe this is a version of a Raised Modified Roman designed by Remco Memorials. It may also be available in Cochran’s Monumental Designer software, but I’m not positive it’s available to all users.

Yes, the straighter “racetrack” sides of the typically more oval characters like ‘C’, ‘G’, and ‘D’ are a notable feature of Remco’s font, along with the more abrupt hook on the base of the leg of the ‘R’, rather than a more graceful curve.
