This is a font called “Modern”, introduced to the AICA as an alphabet blueprint by AICA member Haywood Ellis in the 1960s.
There is a version of the font in Monu-Cad under the correct name, and there is a version available for Gerber called “Tacky”, created by CGX: http://cgxmonumentshop.com
There are currently no versions of the font available in the standard font formats, but there will be an MLC version at some point in the future.
