Does anyone know what font this happens to be?

This is interesting. It’s a modified version of the Concorde font. Another version of the font named “Dutch 809” is nearly identical, but both fonts have a different capital ‘J’ than is pictured here. It looks as if the ‘J’ was borrowed from another similar font such as Calisto.
