Help identifying this Celtic (?) font?

I’ve spent hours trying to find something close but am having very little luck. I’m guessing it’s some kind of Celtic font but I’m not sure which. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, this is a type of Roman lettering modified to look Gothic and typically used on Catholic memorials. It has a loosely Lombardic-Uncial feel. There is no real historical basis for this type of lettering and it is almost certainly hand drawn, so it will need to be matched by hand.
