    Found it.  Its called Magellan, but they used the alternate character for the A and o.

    Hello, Megellan is actually a copy of the free font Alison, which borrows most of its characters from a font called Ballentines, or Balladeer. There is also a version under the name Carla Pro, and another under the name Diana Script.
