Hi John, this is a font in Monu-Cad named “Bevel Panel Letter 1”. It is a version of an old metal Spacerite simply named Panel. However, the Monu-Cad version is bolder and the serifs are drawn out to a sharp edge, rather than a square serif as in the original version. It is also possible Monu-Cad based their version on a plastic stencil press alphabet in the same style created by the PMD company, which they named “Eurostyle Condensed”.
The MLC has a version of the original Spacerite alphabet, but it will not match the Monu-Cad version and would need some modifications to match: https://www.monumentletteringcenter.com/product/mlc-spacerite-panel-alphabet/
