Numbers font..anybody know this one?

Hello, this looks like the Spacerite Modified Roman was used. Because it was always hand-cut after transferring the rubbing to the stencil, the serifs and other features can vary quite a bit like this.
The MLC has a digital version of the font available, but because of the variation of hand-cutting techniques used, there will be some differences to what is on this memorial: MLC Modified Roman SR.
