Hi Marc, this is a digital version of the plastic SKS Raised Modified Roman alphabet. However, it appears to have been modified quite a bit. The vertical bars are quite a bit wider and some of the numbers have been condensed quite a bit.
There are several known versions of this font available, including Nelson Roman from Cochrans Monumental Designer, and a version from the Drafting Shoppe, but none of them will match what is pictured here without some modifications.
